This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Coyote Capital website. On some pages, you can make requests, register contact information, and use third party payment companies for transactions. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:
We use incomplete data for our users to see who may be able to contact the person for reconnection. We do not require all information be registered with us and you may remove your account at any time. We encourage as much data input as possible in order to create a stronger alumni network.
We use e-mail addresses to send individual emails or mass emails to users as an efficient method of communication. All users have the option to opt out of mass emails should they choose not to receive them.
We occasionally use mail addresses to send out newsletters, although the electronic method of delivery is preferred and mailers typically are not used.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Data is strictly held within Coyote Capital and the alumni association only.
Passwords are hashed using the SHA1 algorithm, so even if someone has access to our database, they cannot see or decrypt your password used to login. For this reason we cannot send your password to you and needs to be reset if you forget it.
Any information collected by PayPal, our third party merchant, is not transferred to this website. All data displayed and tracked on this website that was paid through PayPal is entered manually from our financial statements.
You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by going to your profile and modifying your information. If you do not have your login, you can contact the administrator or use the Forgot Password link to retrieve it.
You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error.
