President: The President is the chief executive officer and has general control of the management of the business and affairs of the corporation subject to the approval and direction of the Board of Trustees.
Treasurer: The Treasurer keeps accurate and detailed accounts of the financial affairs of the corporation, deposits or disburses funds at the direction of the Board of Trustees, and publishes an account of the financial transactions and the financial condition of the corporation.
Secretary: The Secretary keeps a record of all meetings, is custodian of the records of the corporation, and signs all required legal documents as may be authorized by the Board of Trustees.
Property Manager: The Property Manager is responsible for maintaining the structural integrity, compliance with code, and general well being of the property owned by the corporation. He directs repairs, projects, and improvements and acts on behalf of the Board of Trustees in dealing with contractors, tenants, and government officials.
Corporate Operations: This chairman and other members are responsible for alumni communication, specifically through the website and its maintenance. They run other alumni communication and alumni events, GAC participation, University communications, and campaigns to help bring in dues memberships which facilitate alumni events.
Undergraduate Operations: This chairman and other members are responsible for general involvement with the undergraduate chapter. Specifically I-Week, risk management, contact with the Greek Adviser and Dean of Students, Alumni and E-Board retreat, house properties, and the alumni/undergraduate communication and newsletter.
Strategic Planning: This chairman and other members are responsible for the outlook and future investment of Coyote Capital. These items include fund raising, 15 year plan, future housing and on campus housing, and long term investment and revenue generation.
