Brothers -
Below are the Board of Trustees platforms for those who are running. Voting, if necessary, will take place at the annual meeting this Saturday:
Jeremy Ganse (‘99):
Having served this past year as the Long Range Planning Chairman, I plan to continue expanding upon our mission through the Greek Housing Initiative with Clarkson. “The purpose of the Iota Zeta Alumni Association is to develop and maintain a positive relationship between Clarkson University, the Sigma Chi International Fraternity, the active undergraduate chapter, and Iota Zeta Alumni.” Part of my responsibilities will include developing and executing a fundraising campaign in conjunction with Clarkson University that will allow for tax deductible gifts to the University restricted for Sigma Chi use.
Sincerely,
Jeremy Ganse
Robert Michaud (‘90):
My Brother’s,
It has been an honor and pleasure to serve with you on the Board of Trustees for the past 2 years. I would like to be re-considered for this position again this coming year. I have worked hard to improve communications between the undergrads and alumni, primarily through the “Bridge Builder” newsletter. I think there is still more that can be done and I would like the opportunity to do so. I plan to continue my work with the newsletter and to use the other media at my disposal to improve communications, increase alumni involvement and to help support our Brotherhood any way I can.
I thank you for your support in advance.
In Hoc,
Robert Michaud ‘90

Chris Marinucci (‘96):
Brother’s I would like to continue in my roll as Trustee for Coyote Capital. In particular I would like to continue developing and coordinating the construction details of our new Greek Row house. My goal is to insure this house is constructed with the correct layout and types of spaces to support the undergrads activities. Once the design phase is officially underway I will coordinate specific meetings for alumni and undergrad to participate in this process.

Kevin Lobdell (‘06):
Hello All,
Below is my platform for a position to serve on the board.
I currently live in Potsdam and work at Clarkson. As a results, I attend chapter meeting approximately once an month and have regular interaction with the chapter through other events. I am finishing out my second year as the chapter’s Cornerstone Mentor and have kept current in knowing all of the undergraduate brothers. If elected, I am willing to help achieve the strategic objectives of the board and help lead Iota Zeta through our 25 year anniversary and beyond.
See you all or at least most of you next weekend.

Ryan Rosiek (‘04):
Brothers,
I would like to continue my service to the Board of Trustees as President. I plan to maintain organization and communication through the board and look forward to working with Clarkson on our campus housing plans. I also will continue to develop and update the corporation’s website as needed and recommended by brothers.
In Hoc,
Rosiek
Rich Malcolm (‘93):
I would like to continue serving the alumni as a Trustee and maintaining the corporations documentations and correspondence as the Secretary. Additionally, I look forward to providing input regarding the design and construction process for the new house as it progresses.

I intend to run this year for the board of trustees. If elected, I will re-dedicate myself in working hard and creatively to improve the rate of alumni fulfilling their responsibilities by paying lifetime dues. Along with that, I will continue to build and strengthen the relationship we have with Clarkson University by maintaining my relationships with Clarkson administrators, attending GAC meetings, and working with the alumni office to communicate and plan Iota Zeta alumni events. I would like to maintain my role on the Greek House design committee working with the university and bridge the gap to the larger alumni design committee.

James Matteson (‘01):
Good morning all,
I would like to submit my name for trustee for the upcoming year. Over the last few years we have improved our financial operations and performance. Moving our accounting into an software package, paying off our mortgages, and making long term investments have all been part of our successes.
I would like to continue in this role for the next year to work on training the next treasurer. While our corporation isn’t an overly complicated company, it is important we ensure operations don’t stutter due to a bookkeeping issue. Thank you for your time and attention.
Jamie
To all of those interested in running for the Alumni Board of Trustees, elections for the Board of Trustees will take place at the annual meeting on April 16th, 10am in Snell 129. If you have an interest in running, please send a brief platform to trustees_at_coyotecg.com by April 11th. If you can’t make the meeting in person, but still have interest, send a platform anyway. Platforms will be posted on the website with a link on the front page after the 11th (www.coyotecg.com) for members to view.
Pig Roast will be great! Be sure to register (and see who else is attending!) so the we are able to get an accurate count for the food, festivities, and good times. The Clarkson University Alumni Office has been kind enough to set up a site to allow Iota Zeta’s to register for Pig Roast, and if they see fit donate to support the cost that burden’s the alumni as they continue to host and pay the costs of this ever expanding event. Please visit https://secure.www.alumniconnections.com/olc/pub/CRK/event/showEventForm.jsp?form_id=72179 and register for Pig Roast! If you are unable to donate please do not enter any amount and select ‘Cash’ to register (sorry sounds odd, but the site will not let you register without selecting a payment option… but if you select a zero amount and ‘Cash’ we will not expect any payment), but if you do want to support the undergraduate please select the credit card option and donate what you feel comfortable with. The university will provide a check to the undergraduate at the end of the registration period with your donations. If you did not receive an email from Clarkson University about Pig Roast you were either not in their alumni database and/or not identified as a Sigma Chi, if you would like to be added to their database or have any questions please reach out to Shawn Doolen at shawn.doolen_at_gmail.com.
Brother Michaud has finished the 2011 newsletter and it is available for download here. Another great issue with lots of content; check it out!
Pay your annual or lifetime dues and make a donation online! Your financial committment is what helps the association reach its goals and function as an organization. Support is always appreciated.
